Public-Redacted OSINT Evidence Index

Editorial Standard

Factualist uses documentary wording for public-interest records. Public pages describe dated records, source categories, platform-risk signals, unresolved questions, and correction opportunities.

Neutral Language

Public pages avoid accusation-led labels, insult language, blacklist framing, revenge framing, and speculative claims presented as fact.

Preferred wording includes unresolved transaction risk, transaction and fulfillment issue, documentation discrepancy, statement and record discrepancy, unresolved business-identity question, legal-authority / attorney-name usage issue, could not be independently verified, platform notice submitted, forwarded for assessment, open question, and inference.

Public-Redacted Scope

Public pages do not foreground non-public personal identities, private evidence, private payment identifiers, full tracking numbers, private account IDs, or non-public personal names.

Private layers are kept separate from the public index.
