Public-Redacted OSINT Evidence Index
Methodology
Factualist organizes public-redacted OSINT records by date, source type, evidence grade, redaction status, and review status. The method separates records from interpretation and labels every inference.
Evidence Model
Each reviewed factual statement is attached to a source identifier, source type, observed date, evidence grade, public-visibility status, redaction status, and review status.
Grade A records are primary records. Grade B records are platform or third-party responses. Grade C records are public technical observations. Grade D records are identifiable third-party statements with personal data removed. Grade E records are inferences and must be labeled as inferences.
Publication Threshold
A record is eligible for sitemap inclusion only when it is public, reviewed, and public-redacted.
Draft, private, and unreviewed material is excluded from the sitemap and receives noindex treatment when a placeholder is generated.
Inference Handling
A missing record is not treated as proof of intent. It is recorded as an open question or as a clearly labeled inference only when it is based on reviewed A-D material.
Grade E material is never presented as Grade A.
Correction Readiness
Each public record includes a correction and right-of-reply route. Corrections are evaluated against the same evidence model and can update, narrow, or remove public statements.
