Public-Redacted OSINT Evidence Index

Redaction Policy

Factualist publishes public-redacted records. The purpose is to preserve evidence value while reducing personal exposure and preventing the public page from becoming a harassment tool.

Always Redacted

Private email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, private payment identifiers, full tracking numbers, private account IDs, personal IDs, private social handles, non-public personal names, reporting-side organization names, label names, imprint names, catalog identifiers, and country or jurisdiction details tied to the affected side are excluded from public pages.

Victim identity, reporting-party identity, private evidence attachments, and private correspondence headers remain in a non-public review layer unless a narrow public summary is necessary and reviewed.

Public Identity Rule

When describing the affected side of a record, public pages use neutral role terms such as the reporting party, the affected party, the submitting party, the rights holder, or the record subject when necessary.

Names and brands connected to the reporting side are not used as search-facing anchors.

Review Labels

Every public statement carries a redaction status and review status in the JSON source. Draft or private material is not eligible for sitemap inclusion.
