Image License
This page describes the reuse and attribution terms for the graphics, charts, and hero images published on Factualist. It is an administrative licensing notice and does not change the editorial, redaction, or right-of-reply framing of any record.
Ownership and Credit
Unless a different source is stated on the image or in the surrounding record, the original graphics, composite illustrations, charts, and hero images on this site are produced by Factualist and are published with the credit line "Factualist" and the copyright notice "© Factualist".
Where an image incorporates third-party or public-record material, that material remains subject to its own rights, and the Factualist credit applies only to the original composition and redaction work.
Permitted Use
Quotation and limited reuse for reporting, research, and commentary are welcome when accompanied by a visible credit to "Factualist" and, where practical, a link to the relevant record page.
Redistribution of an image in a way that removes the credit, alters the public-redaction, or implies a conclusion not stated in the record is not permitted.
Requesting a License or Attribution Change
To request a license for broader use, ask for higher-resolution files, or raise an attribution or correction question about an image, use the correction and right-of-reply path: Correction.
Requests are reviewed individually. A license is confirmed only in writing; listing this page as a reference does not by itself grant additional rights.
